La Voz de una Generación es el nombre de este homenaje al rap en español por parte de NK Profeta y Akapellah.
Muchos temas hablan de hip hop, pero lo que diferencia este tributo del resto es que lo define como una revolución que guio a una generación, el rap en español se convirtió en la voz de la juventud hispana desde hace 2 décadas.
Como lo fue en los años 70 y 80 la salsa y el merengue, gran parte de la juventud latina eligió al rap en español en los 90; Y ese fenómeno debía ser resaltado.
En el video se muestran 10 imágenes de 10 raperos de distintas nacionalidades que con su música han sido piezas fundamentales para establecer este movimiento:
Vico-C (P.R.), Control Machete (Mex), Tres Coronas (Col), Nach (Esp), Ari (R.D.), Latin Fresh (Pan), Tiro de Gracia (Chi), illya Kuryaki (Arg), Los Aldeanos (Cub) y Canserbero (Ven).
Sabemos que son muchos más los que han aportado al género, acá una parte del selecto grupo.
Al final el video se dedica a Adelis José Rodríguez Díaz, gran fanático de NK Profeta & Underc Family que lamentablemente falleció a principios de año por problemas de salud.
El tema forma parte del disco de NK Profeta "Nostalgia" (sale Abril 2.015).
